  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, olives, capers, chives, cucumber, old style mustard, macha salsa, and smoked oysters. Season with salt and pepper.
  • On a plastic wrap-lined wooden board, place dip forming a wreath and flatten slightly using a spatula. Place avocado slices on top and top with more dip. Using your hands and plastic wrap, form a wreath. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from fridge and top with salmon slices. Garnish smoked salmon terrine with arugula, lemon wheels, and capers and serve with toast on the side.
