  • 4 cups water

  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell peppers and fry until onion is translucent. Remove from heat.
  • In a pot, add cabbage, water, tomatoes, celery, and previously fried vegetables. Heat soup over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Cook detox cabbage soup for 30 minutes. Stir constantly.
