  • For the adobo sauce: In a bowl, soak chiles in hot water until soft. Set aside.
  • Combine rehydrated chiles, a bit of soaking water, onion, vinegar, pepper, cumin, and orange juice in a blender. Blend to a smooth adobo sauce.
