  • For the chilaquiles: In a pot with water, boil onion and chiles for 10 minutes or until they turn color. Transfer to a blender, add cilantro, allspice berries, and salt, and blend until smooth.
  • In a saucepan with a dash of oil, fry sauce and add tortilla chips. Set aside.
  • For the molletes: On a chopping board, cut bolillos in half and remove the crumb. Spread butter and refried beans on each bolillo half.
