  • In a pot over medium heat, bring water to a boil. Cook zucchini sheets for 4 minutes and strain. Shock zucchini sheets in a bowl with ice water. Set aside.
  • For the ham and cheese zucchini sandwiches: On a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, place one zucchini sheet. Stack a slice of cheese and a slice of turkey deli ham on top. Top with a zucchini sheet. Repeat to make more zucchini sandwiches until all the ingredients are used up. Broil at 356 °F for 10 minutes or until cheese broils.
  • For the dressing: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and cream with a spoon or a whisk. Set aside.
  • Serve ham and cheese zucchini sandwich on a plate with dressing on the side.
