  • 2 lettuce, washed and rinsed 
  • 1 cup pitted black olives, thinly sliced 
  • 2 cups requesón
  • 2 cups cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomato, cut into halves
  • 1 cup Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup olive oil, for the vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
  • some salt and pepper, for seasoning

  • In a bowl, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, ground black pepper, and lime juice.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Arrange washed and fresh lettuce leaves on a plate and top with black olives, cherry tomato, cucumber thin slices, requesón, fresh basil leaves, and red onion.
  • Drizzle vinaigrette over the salad and mix all the ingredients. Serve tomato, lettuce, & requesón salad with the dish of your choice.
