  • In a bowl, whisk egg with a bit of salt. In another bowl, add breadcrumbs. Dip pork cuttlets in egg mixture and coat them with breadcrumbs.
  • In a skillet, heat oil. Add breaded pork cutlets and fry until crispy. Remove from heat and drain on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
  • Split cemitas open along the side with a knife. Top cemita heels with pork milanese, Oaxaca cheese, pápalo, avocado, onion, and chipotle chile in adobo sauce. Place cemita crown on top. Serve authentic cemita poblana.
