  • In a skillet over medium heat, add sugar and cook until melted and brown. Pour caramel into a 7.8-inch flan pan. Let cool and set aside.
  • In a blender, combine evaporated milk, eggs, cream cheese, vanilla, Irish cream, and vanilla essence, and blend until smooth.
  • Pour previous mixture into the caramel-lined mold and bake in a water bath at 392 °F for 90 minutes. Let cool and unmold.
  • Pour a bit more Irish cream on top of the flan and garnish with chocolate shavings. Garnish Baileys flan with Irish cream chocolate truffles.
