  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • 12 slices bacon
  • some ketchup, for brushing
  • some parsley, for garnish

  • Preheat oven to 356 °F.
  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, mustard, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Grab about 5.2 oz of meat mixture and ball it with your hands. Wrap with bacon and place on a greased or parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Brush mini meatloaves with ketchup.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until meat is done and bacon is golden-brown.
  • Serve bacon-wrapped mini meatloaves with salad and pasta on the side.
