  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook garlic and white onion until translucent. Add cilantro and morita chile. Season with salt and cumin. Add tomatillo and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Pour vegetable broth into the skillet and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 more minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • In a bowl, mix shredded beef, whisked eggs, and coconut flour. Form fritters and press tightly. Set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Fry beef fritters until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve beef fritters in green sauce.
