  • For the green salsa: Roast onion, garlic, tomatillos, and serrano chile. Combine roasted ingredients with beef broth and salt in a blender and blend until smooth. Reserve.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and cook beef with green salsa for 10 to 15 minutes on high heat until sauce is reduced.
  • For the tacos dorados: Stuff tortillas with meat and roll up. Fry tacos in plenty of oil for 5 minutes.
  • Serve beef tacos dorados with green salsa. Garnish with sour cream, cheese, red onion, tomato, and cilantro.
