Easy
  • For the pizza dough: On a clean surface, pile flour into a mound. On the outside of the mound, add salt and on the inside add yeast, water, and olive oil.
  • Knead until a soft and homogeneous pizza dough is formed. Add oregano. In a previously greased bowl, place pizza dough and cover with a wet cheesecloth. Let rise until doubled in size.
  • On a chopping board, season skirt steak with Pragná® Canadian steak seasoning, coarse salt, and olive oil.
  • On a grill, sear skirt steak and chistorra over direct heat on both sides. Remove from heat and cut skirt steak and chistorra into small-sized chunks.
  • On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough. On a grilling pizza pan, place dough. Ladle salsa macha on top. Top with asadero cheese, skirt steak, and chistorra.
  • In a grill, cook skirt steak pizza with salsa macha over direct heat for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from heat. Serve skirt steak pizza with salsa macha garnished with cilantro and paired with a cold beer.
