For the pizza dough: On a clean surface, pile flour into a mound. On the outside of the mound, add salt and on the inside add yeast, water, and olive oil. Knead until a soft and homogeneous pizza dough is formed. Add oregano. In a previously greased bowl, place pizza dough and cover with a wet cheesecloth. Let rise until doubled in size. On a chopping board, season skirt steak with Pragná® Canadian steak seasoning, coarse salt, and olive oil. On a grill, sear skirt steak and chistorra over direct heat on both sides. Remove from heat and cut skirt steak and chistorra into small-sized chunks. On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough. On a grilling pizza pan, place dough. Ladle salsa macha on top. Top with asadero cheese, skirt steak, and chistorra. In a grill, cook skirt steak pizza with salsa macha over direct heat for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from heat.
