  • In a bowl, mix milk, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion until completely incorporated. Marinate beefsteak for 30 minutes.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, heat oil and cook onion for 4 minutes. Add tomatoes and Jalapeño chiles. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • For the sauce: In a pot with water, cook tomatoes over medium heat for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer tomatoes to a blender, add onion, garlic and beer and blend over medium-slow speed.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil and cook beefsteak for about 6 minutes or until cooked through. Pour sauce into the skillet, add tomatoes and Jalapeño chiles mixture, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Cook beefsteak for 10 minutes or until it comes to a boil.
  • Serve ranchero beefsteak on a plate with refried pinto beans, avocado, and tortillas.
