  • In a skillet over medium heat, add butter and melt partially. Add onion and garlic and fry for 3 minutes. Add bacon, celery, and apple. Cook until perfectly golden brown and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine egg, turkey or chicken broth, whipping cream, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix using a whisk and set aside.
  • Transfer previous mixture to the skillet. Add bread and eggs and mix gently.
  • Transfer stuffing to a baking pan and bake at 356 °F for 25 minutes.
  • Enjoy this stuffing with turkey.
