  • In a blender, combine yellow corn kernels, egg, milk, PAN® Precooked White Corn Meal, and salt. Blend until smooth and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt a little bit of butter. Pour batter into the skillet and cook for 2 to 5 minutes. Flip corn pancake and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Repeat until batter is used up.
  • For assembling the cachapas: Fill each corn pancake with slices of white cheese, fold in half, and top with a dollop of butter.
