  • For the stuffed dates: On a wooden chopping board, stuff dates with goat cheese. Wrap each stuffed date with a serrano ham slice. Secure with a toothpick.
  • For the goat cheese grape balls: On a chopping board, cover grapes with goat cheese and ball them. Roll goat cheese grape balls in chopped pecans. Set aside.
  • For the serrano ham skewers: Thread a serrano ham roll, a Manchego cheese cube, a green olive, and a cherry tomato onto a wooden skewer. Set aside.
  • For the fig skewers: Thread a fig and a Brie cheese triangle onto a wooden skewer. Form several skewers and set aside.
  • Soften cream cheese and mix with black olives. Ball the mixture. Cover cream cheese ball with white sesame seeds and pistachios.
  • Place appetizers on a wooden tray. Arrange pepperoni, salami, grapes, cheese mix, ham, breadsticks, artisanal bread, cookies, rosemary, and apricot jam. Serve charcuterie board.
