  • 300 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup panko
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, dried
  • 1 cup vegetable oil, for frying
  • tomato sauce, for serving

  • On a chopping board, cut Mozzarella cheese into sticks. Coat cheese sticks with flour and dip them in whisked eggs. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, panko, and parsley. Bread cheese sticks in previous mixture.
  • In a deep skillet, heat oil. Fry Mozzarella sticks until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
  • Serve Mozzarella sticks with tomato sauce.
