  • Mix ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Using your hands, form meatballs and set aside.
  • In a pot heat olive oil over medium heat and char tomatillos, garlic, and chiles for 5 minutes. Add chicken broth, cilantro, and cumin. Cook for 5 minutes. Cool slightly.
  • Transfer previous preparation to a blender and blend to a smooth sauce.
  • Fry sauce with a bit more olive oil and cook for 10 more minutes over medium heat. Add meatballs, cover, and cook until meatballs are cooked through.
