  • 500 grams chicken breast, cut into large cubes
  • 3/4 cups plain yogurt, thick, unsweetened
  • some salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons paprika, for the seasoned flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder, for the seasoned flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder, for the seasoned flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oregano, for the seasoned flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pepper, for the seasoned flour
  • 2 tablespoons salt, for the seasoned flour
  • 4 eggs, whisked with milk, for breading
  • some vegetable oil, for frying the chicken poppers
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce, for glazing the chicken poppers
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

  • In a bowl, mix chicken, yogurt, and a bit of salt. Let rest for 15 minutes.
  • In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • For breading: Dip chicken cubes in the seasoned floured. Dip floured chicken cubes in egg wash and dip in seasoned flour again. Repeat until all of the chicken cubes are used up.
  • Fry chicken poppers in hot oil for about 5 minutes or until completely cooked through.
  • For the Parmesan cones: Heat a skillet over medium-low heat, spray with a bit of cooking spray and add plenty of shredded Parmesan cheese. Once the edges turn brown, flip to brown on both sides.
  • While still hot, shape into cones with your hands and let cool.
  • Stuff Parmesan cones with chicken poppers. Top Parmesan cone chicken poppers with parsley and buffalo hot sauce and serve with French fries on the side.
