In a bowl, mix chicken, yogurt, and a bit of salt. Let rest for 15 minutes.
In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
For breading: Dip chicken cubes in the seasoned floured. Dip floured chicken cubes in egg wash and dip in seasoned flour again. Repeat until all of the chicken cubes are used up.
Fry chicken poppers in hot oil for about 5 minutes or until completely cooked through.
