  • Preheat oven to 338 °F.
  • For the flan: Combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, egg, vanilla, and cream cheese in a blender. Blend until a homogenous mixture is obtained. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, place 3 cups of chocolate bunnies. Melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals stirring between each interval.
  • Cook flan mixture in a pot over medium heat until thick. Incorporate melted bunnies and mix until well incorporated. Remove and set aside.
  • Grease flan mold with butter and coat with sugar. Pour previous preparation into greased mold.
  • Bake flan in a water bath for about 2 hours. Remove from the oven when firm. Cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • For garnish, grate some chocolate bunnies and leave others whole.
  • Once the chocolate bunny flan is cold, unmold and garnish with grated and whole chocolate bunnies.
