  • 3 cups chongos zamoranos, canned
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 5 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • some chongos zamoranos, for garnish 
  • some cinnamon stick, for garnish

  • In a blender, combine chongos zamoranos, evaporated milk, whole milk, table cream, and cinnamon powder and blend until smooth. Gently add melted unflavored gelatin in an even stream and blend for a few more seconds.
  • Pour blended mixture into a gelatin mold and refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold gelatin and garnish with chongos zamoranos and a cinnamon stick on top.
