  • For the filling: Melt chocolate, butter, and whipping cream in the microwave until a thick mixture is formed. Freeze until you can scoop the mixture. Set aside.
  • In a small pot, bring water to a boil and dissolve salt. Add flour and yeast at once and mix until a thick batter is formed. Set aside.
  • Pour eggs one by one into the batter until softened. Place in a piping bag and set aside.
  • In a cupcake pan, pour batter using the piping bag. Fill with chocolate filling and freeze. Unmold and set aside.
  • In a pot over medium heat, heat oil and fry churro lava cake until cooked through. Set aside.
  • Sprinkle churro lava cake with sugar and cinnamon powder, slice, and serve with a vanilla ice cream scoop.
