  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, orange zest, and cranberries.
  • In another bowl, mix egg, butter, and orange juice.
  • Pour previous mixture into the first bowl and mix until completely incorporated.
  • Grease a pound cake pan and pour pound cake batter.
  • Bake at 356 °F for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes before unmolding.
