  • In a pot over medium heat, heat milk, water, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and rice for a few minutes. Add cinnamon stick, orange peel, and condensed milk, and cook for about 35 minutes until rice softens.
  • Remove rice from heat and let cool. Add hydrated and melted unflavored gelatin. Pour mixture into a previously greased silicone pan. Refrigerate until solid.
