  • 2 cups cookies
  • 1 cup butter, melted, for the crust
  • 1 cup cream cheese, 6.7 oz
  • 1 cup condensed milk, 10.3 oz
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, 8.3 oz
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • some lime zest
  • some whipped cream
  • some cookies, small, for garnish
  • limes, round slices, twist, and zest

  • In a re-sealable bag, place cookies. Using a rolling pin, crush until powdered. Set aside.
  • Mix crushed cookies with butter until a homogenous dough is obtained. Place on a pie pan. Press tightly. Set aside.
  • Combine cream cheese, condensed milk, evaporated milk, lime juice, and lime zest in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour over cookie crust. Freeze for 8 hours.
  • Garnish frozen key lime pie with whipped cream, small cookies, lime round slices, lime twist, and lime zest.
