  • In a mixer, mix cream cheese and whipping cream until doubled in size and smooth. Divide mixture into 3.
  • Add white chocolate to one third. Add milk chocolate to another third. Add bittersweet chocolate to the last third. Mix each mixture until completely incorporated.
  • Line a bowl with plastic wrap. Add white chocolate mixture, spread evenly, and refrigerate until Set. Remove from fridge, add milk chocolate mixture, spread evenly, and refrigerate until set.
  • Remove from fridge, add bittersweet chocolate mixture and top with chocolate cookies. Refrigerate until completely set.
  • Unmold and remove plastic wrap. Cover with Hershey’s bites and garnish with melted white chocolate, fondant leaves, and cherries. Let dry and serve Malteser Christmas cake.
