In a mixer, mix cream cheese and whipping cream until doubled in size and smooth. Divide mixture into 3. Add white chocolate to one third. Add milk chocolate to another third. Add bittersweet chocolate to the last third. Mix each mixture until completely incorporated. Line a bowl with plastic wrap. Add white chocolate mixture, spread evenly, and refrigerate until Set. Remove from fridge, add milk chocolate mixture, spread evenly, and refrigerate until set. Remove from fridge, add bittersweet chocolate mixture and top with chocolate cookies. Refrigerate until completely set. Unmold and remove plastic wrap. Cover with Hershey’s bites and garnish with melted white chocolate, fondant leaves, and cherries. Let dry and serve Malteser Christmas cake.
