Milk, Strawberry, and Chocolate Gelatin

  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 0.2 oz each, hydrated and melted
  • 1 envelope strawberry gelatin, 0.8 oz
  • 4 cups water, hot
  • 3 cups cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1/3 cups chocolate syrup
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 0.2 oz each, hydrated and melted

  • For the chocolate gelatin: In a pot, heat milk and dissolve cocoa. Add chocolate syrup and unflavored gelatin. Pour previous mixture until ¼ of the bundt gelatin mold is full. Refrigerate until set.
  • For the strawberry gelatin: In a bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin powder in hot water. Let cool at room temperature and do not let set. Gently pour a layer of strawberry gelatin on top of the chocolate gelatin until 1/3 of the bundt gelatin mold is full. Refrigerate until set.
  • For the milk gelatin: In a blender, combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, table cream, cream cheese, and unflavored gelatin until smooth. Gently pour blended mixture on top of the strawberry gelatin until full. Refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold milk, strawberry, and chocolate gelatin and serve on a plate.
