For the chocolate gelatin: In a pot, heat milk and dissolve cocoa. Add chocolate syrup and unflavored gelatin. Pour previous mixture until ¼ of the bundt gelatin mold is full. Refrigerate until set. For the strawberry gelatin: In a bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin powder in hot water. Let cool at room temperature and do not let set. Gently pour a layer of strawberry gelatin on top of the chocolate gelatin until 1/3 of the bundt gelatin mold is full. Refrigerate until set. For the milk gelatin: In a blender, combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, table cream, cream cheese, and unflavored gelatin until smooth. Gently pour blended mixture on top of the strawberry gelatin until full. Refrigerate until set. Unmold milk, strawberry, and chocolate gelatin and serve on a plate.
