  • In a blender, combine cream cheese, evaporated milk, table cream, condensed milk, lime juice, and canned peaches and blend until smooth.
  • On a baking dish, place a layer of María cookies and top with a layer of blended mixture. Add a layer of peaches on top. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Garnish peach icebox cake with peaches cut into halves on top. Pipe a chantilly cream rosette border on top of the peach icebox cake.
