  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 2 cups cajeta
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans
  • 5 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 0.2 oz each, hydrated and melted
  • whipped cream, for garnish

  • Combine milk, cream cheese, table cream, cajeta, milk, vanilla essence, and pecans in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add unflavored gelatin powder little by little.
  • Pour previous mixture in a previously greased gelatin mold. Refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold pecan gelatin and garnish with whipped cream and chopped pecans.
