  • Preheat oven to 338 °F.
  • Line a flan pan with cajeta. Set aside.
  • For the flan: Combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, winter squash, pumpkin purée, cream cheese, eggs, and spices in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour previous mixture into the cajeta-lined pan with care. Bake for 45 minutes in a water bath. Lett Cool and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Unmold pumpkin flan and garnish with whipped cream and pecans.
