  • In a pot add sugar. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes until caramel is obtained.
  • Line a cake pan with caramel. Set aside.
  • Combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, table cream, eggs, and vanilla in a blender. Blend for 5 minutes until completely incorporated.
  • Place cake pan on a larger pot. Pour flan mixture into the pan. Cover with aluminum foil. Using a pitcher, pour water little by little into the pot. Cook over medium heat for 40 minutes making sure there is plenty of water. Let cool for 1 hour.
  • Serve stovetop flan napolitano on a platter. Garnish with strawberries, cherries, raspberries, and flowers.
