  • Preheat the oven to 338 °F.
  • For the sponge cake: Combine condensed milk, melted butter, flour, eggs, vanilla essence, baking powder, and salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour blended mixture into a previously greased and floured baking dish, spread, and bake at 338 °F for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Let cool and set aside.
  • For the fresas con crema gelatin: Combine condensed milk, cream, milk, cream cheese, and strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Add dissolved unflavored gelatin powder in an even stream while blending.
  • Gently pour previous mixture on top of the sponge cake and refrigerate until set.
  • For the water-based gelatin: Dissolve strawberry gelatin in hot water and add hydrated and melted unflavored gelatin powder. Let cool at room temperature and set aside.
  • Top fresas con crema gelatin with strawberries and peppermint leaves. Gently pour water-based strawberry gelatin on top. Refrigerate until set.
  • Cut strawberry gelatin cake into slices and serve.
