  • Preheat oven to 356 °F.
  • Combine orange juice, pineapple, onion, and garlic in a T-fal® InfinyForce blender. Blend using the “sauce” mode. Set aside.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, pour soy sauce. Add raw sugar, apple vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, ginger, and orange zest. Reduce until thick.
  • Place ham on a baking sheet. Make diagonal cuts to make diamond cuts. Stud diamonds with cloves.
  • Brush ham with sweet and sour orange sauce. Bake for 1 hour.
  • Garnish orange-glazed ham with orange slices and fresh basil.
