  • In a wok or deep skillet, heat a bit of sesame oil. Add carrots, soybean sprouts, and cooked peas and cook over medium heat until vegetables turn bright. Remove from wok and set aside.
  • Pour a bit more oil into the same wok. Add chopped garlic and previously whisked eggs. Cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly, until 80% cooked, that is, when the egg is still a bit uncooked. Add cooked rice and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Add cooked vegetables, soy sauce, green onion stalk, and sesame oil, and mix thoroughly. Cook rice for 3 more minutes and remove from heat. Serve fried rice hot with soy sauce and sesame oil on the side.
