  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise until completely incorporated. Set aside.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange bacon slices horizontally. Gently spread beef mixture on top of the bacon.
  • Arrange deli ham slices on top. Top with a layer of shredded cheese. Place a layer of spinach on top.
  • Roll up using the aluminum foil and bake at 392 °F for 70 minutes.
  • For the sauce: In a bowl, mix ketchup, seasoning sauce, Worcestershire sauce, raw sugar, and salt until completely incorporated. Set aside.
  • Remove roll from oven. Remove aluminum foil and brush with sauce. Bake for 15 more minutes until completely brown. If necessary, brush with more sauce.
  • Remove from oven and let rest to keep it juicy. Cut ham and cheese meat roll into slices and serve with French fries and salad on the side.
