In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise until completely incorporated. Set aside. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange bacon slices horizontally. Gently spread beef mixture on top of the bacon. Arrange deli ham slices on top. Top with a layer of shredded cheese. Place a layer of spinach on top. Roll up using the aluminum foil and bake at 392 °F for 70 minutes. For the sauce: In a bowl, mix ketchup, seasoning sauce, Worcestershire sauce, raw sugar, and salt until completely incorporated. Set aside. Remove roll from oven. Remove aluminum foil and brush with sauce. Bake for 15 more minutes until completely brown. If necessary, brush with more sauce. Remove from oven and let rest to keep it juicy. Cut ham and cheese meat roll into slices and serve with French fries and salad on the side.
