  • Preheat oven to 356 ºF and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a food processor, combine flour, sugar, butter, and salt and grind until smooth.
  • Using a fork or whisk, whisk egg whites and vanilla. Transfer to the food processor and grind until a cookie dough is formed.
  • Transfer dough to a floured flat surface and ball with your hands.
