  • Soak and rinse white corn with water. Drain and set aside.
  • Cover pickling lime with water to dissolve it. Once pickling lime heats up, it is ready to be used.
  • In a large pot, mix white corn, water, and ready-to-use pickling lime. Cook for 30 minutes.
  • Turn off heat and let sit white corn overnight.
  • Once time has passed, rinse white corn.
  • In a blender, add white corn and blend until less sticky.
