  • 6 peaches, peeled and chopped 
  • 1 liter peach juice
  • 180 milliliters chamoy
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon piquín chile

  • In a blender, combine peaches, peach juice, sugar, and chamoy and blend until smooth.
  • Pour blended mixture into a stainless bowl and add piquín chile. Let freeze for 1 hour.
  • Remove bowl from freezer and break up the ice crystals formed. Freeze chamoy nieve for 1 more hour.
  • Repeat procedure and freeze until chamoy nieve has a firm consistency.
