In a pot add water, prune, apricot, and hibiscus. Cook for 10 minutes.
Transfer all ingredients to a blender and use a bit of the water in the pot. Add sugar, salt, and chile powder.
Blend mixture until smooth.
Heat mixture for 3 minutes. Add orange and lime juice and mix until thoroughly incorporated.
Remove from heat. Cool. Serve.
