  • 4 liters water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 400 grams fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shrimp, fresh, peeled
  • 1 cup squid
  • 1 cup clams
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cups tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • Parmesan cheese, for garnish

  • Heat a pot with water over high heat. Bring to a boil. Add salt and cook pasta following the instructions of the package. Strain, cool, and reserve.
  • Heat butter and fry garlic, onion, shrimp, squid, and clams. Add white wine and cover until evaporated. Add pasta, cream, tomato, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and pepper.
  • Serve creamy seafood pasta hot. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with bread.
