  • In a small pot over medium heat, bring water to a boil. Add salt and cook pasta for 10 minutes or al dente. Strain and set aside.
  • For the tomato sauce: Combine tomatoes, onion, and garlic in a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  • In a small pot over low heat, melt butter. Pour sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until it has a thick consistency. Add cream. Stir well and add pasta. Sprinkle cilantro. Adjust seasoning. Set aside.
  • In a baking dish, place butter cubes and serve pasta. Add diced asadero cheese and broil for 15 minutes.
