  • In a pot over medium heat, heat butter. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Once it turns color, pour in the milk and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add Cheddar cheese, Gouda cheese, salt, and pepper and mix. Once cheeses are melted, add elbow macaroni and mix thoroughtly.
  • Transfer mac & cheese to a silicone bundt pan previously greased with butter. Bake at 356°F for 15 minutes.
  • Unmold onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle mac & cheese bund cake with breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Bake at 356°F for 10 more minutes.
  • Serve Mac and Cheese Bundt Cake garnished with chopped chives.
