Shrimp Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups

  • 1/4 cups bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 500 grams shrimp, cleaned, peeled, and deveined
  • 1/4 cups butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped

  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups cream cheese, at room temperature, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chile flakes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • Preheat oven to 392 °F.
  • In a skillet over high heat, cook bacon until golden brown. Add garlic and shrimp and cook until they turn color without cooking all the way through. Set shrimp aside.
  • In the same skillet, add butter and garlic and cook until brown, giving the flavors time to meld. Add whipping cream and Parmesan cheese and cook until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Set the sauce aside.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shrimp, parsley, chile flakes, and garlic powder and season. Set aside.
  • In a pot over high heat, heat water with salt. Once it comes to a boil, cook lasagna sheets until soft. Drain, let cool, and set aside.
  • Place a bit of shrimp stuffing over each lasagna sheet and roll up. Arrange lasagna roll-ups on a baking dish, spoon over Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Broil shrimp Alfredo lasagna roll-ups in the oven for 10 minutes and serve topped with chopped parsley.
