  • In a blender, combine cream cheese, evaporated milk, whole milk, and Parmesan cheese and blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • In a skillet, heat butter and fry onion and garlic. Add white fish, squid, and shrimp. Cook for 5 minutes. Add parsley, white wine, and blended sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes and remove from heat.
  • Preheat oven to 356 ºF.
  • In a baking dish, place a layer of lasagna sheets and top with a layer of seafood mixture. Add a layer of shredded Mozzarella cheese on top. Repeat the layers until all the lasagna ingredients are used up. Top with a layer of Mozzarella cheese. Add oregano and bake for 45 minutes at 356 ºF.
  • Serve white seafood lasagna with a sliced baguette and pair with a refreshing drink.
