  • Place cheesy potato chips inside a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
  • Ball cream cheese mixture using a silicone spatula.
  • Cover cream cheese mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Remove from fridge and cover with crushed potato chips.
  • Cut off the stem of a Poblano chile or a bell pepper.
