Garlic Butter Shrimp with Habanero Dip

  • 8 cloves garlic, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 6 tablespoons Primavera® Cook With Salt margarine
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons onion, minced
  • 800 grams shrimp, peeled, cleaned, and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 6 tablespoons Hellmann's® classic mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Habanero hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

  • In a blender, combine garlic, half of the Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine and lime juice and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat remaining Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine and fry onion and shrimp until they turn color slightly.
  • Pour blended preparation into the skillet. Season with Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon. Cook over medium-low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • For the Habanero dip: In a bowl, mix Hellmann's® classic mayonnaise, Habanero sauce, and lime juice.
  • Once shrimp are done, serve garlic butter shrimp with Habanero dip.
